Alana Kearns-Green was born in the small, rural town of Beavertown, Pennsylvania. By high school, however, she found herself in Hollywood, California, attending the Hollywood High Performing Arts School.
She returned to the East Coast to attend the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, where she obtained her BFA in Acting. While enrolled at the Tisch school, Alana attended the Stella Adler School of Acting, where she had most of her dramatic, theatrical, and film training.
While at the University, Alana co-wrote, produced, and performed two original plays with a women's art collective, wrote an autobiography, and created two solo-performance pieces which she performed at the Stella Adler School and the Tisch School,
Among other plays and projects that Alana undertook in New York, she also began her discovery of her particular adoration for all music, paintings, stories, films and artists from France. Alana quickly became a full-fledged francophile and spent her final semester of her University schooling in Paris. While there, Alana rekindled her passion for visual art and now has an ever-growing portfolio of watercolor and mixed media pieces.
Now back in Los Angeles, Alana has begun her journey into the world of film. As an actress, writer, and visionary, she seeks to find projects that reflect similar ideas and beliefs as she herself holds; keeping spirituality, feminism, and franco-american fusion as her guideposts.
Looking to the future, she sees her own stories and visions being brought to the world through film. By telling stories through the spirituality of the Divine Feminine; bringing the soul of France and Europe to America; and by simply creating work that uplifts and inspires, Alana Kearns-Green will feel she has accomplished what she was meant to do.
